Terms of Use
Last updated May 7, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to LinguaPath, including accounts, learning plans, course catalog features, bookings, lesson records, credits, progress, support, and partner links.
Service
LinguaPath provides tools for language learning accounts, learning plans, course catalog browsing, course booking, lesson management, progress tracking, calendar review, and search.
Some courses, teachers, provider pages, and purchase flows may be operated by third-party partners reached through external links.
You are responsible for reviewing partner details before using an external partner service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for actions taken while signed in to your account.
LinguaPath may restrict access if an account is used to disrupt the service or access another person's private learning records.
Learning Records
Course enrollments, credits, lesson sessions, ratings, notes, and progress are recorded from the learning database and shown in the dashboard.
Credits are product records used by LinguaPath workflows and are not cash balances, bank deposits, or stored value accounts.
Lesson times, join links, teachers, and course metadata can change when records are updated in the database or by partner systems.
Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to access accounts, lessons, enrollments, or database records that do not belong to you.
You may not interfere with authentication, route protection, or database ownership checks.
You may not use LinguaPath to upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content in lesson notes or support messages.
Disclaimers and Liability
LinguaPath is provided as an educational software service. Language learning outcomes depend on your practice, course selection, teacher fit, and schedule.
The service may include unavailable or empty data states when remote records are missing or cannot be read.
To the extent allowed by law, LinguaPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the product changes. The updated date will show when changes are made.
Continued use of LinguaPath after a Terms update means you accept the updated Terms.
